Welcome, everyone to Day Spring Ragdolls Academy. I am so glad you are here!
This Academy was created from years of hands-on experience, from seasons of struggle, and from a calling that grew slowly in my heart.
In this 2 week training program, you will learn not only how to raise kittens, but how to raise peace.
Everything we do here is grounded in gentleness, consistency, and emotional safety.
You will gain skills, yes — but also a way of moving, a way of seeing, a way of being.”
This immersive 14-day training program provides instruction in ethical Ragdoll breeding, early kitten care, socialization, and the emotional-support philosophy that defines the Day Spring difference.
Enrollment includes mentorship, certificate of completion, and the opportunity to become a licensed Day Spring breeder upon successful completion of the program.
I bring both scientific rigor and compassionate presence to every training session — blending my expertise with the gentle belief that every life entrusted to us is precious.
I teach not only how to raise kittens…but how to raise them with purpose, dignity, and love.

Where I Began
There was a season in my life when everything slowed to stillness. Recovery became my daily rhythm, and the walls of my home felt both like shelter and limitation. It was in that quiet space that God began to show me how healing can come in the simplest forms — through presence, through gentleness, through a soft purr.
Day Spring Ragdoll Academy is more than a program—it’s a promise that gentleness and excellence can exist together. Here, students discover that when we care for creation with compassion, creation returns the gift in kind. Brand Integrity & Faith-Guided Standards
Every Licensed Breeder must agree to:
- Adhere to the Day Spring Socialization and Ethical Breeding Protocols
- Demonstrate consistent, compassionate care for both kittens and families
- Represent the brand with integrity, patience, and kindness
- Maintain records for inspection and quality review
Every Licensed Breeder Guide signs an Ethics Covenant affirming that they will operate with honesty, stewardship, and respect for creation — ensuring that the Academy’s heart remains pure even as it grows.

Enrollment for the Summer 2026 Cohort is limited to preserve the peace of our home, the quality of instruction, and the tender environment the kittens depend on — but those on the Interest List will receive priority access, early updates, and invitation-only enrollment windows.

🌿 STUDENT POLICIES & HOUSE GUIDELINES
Gentle structure for a peaceful, safe learning environment.
At Day Spring Ragdoll Academy, we believe that peace grows out of clarity, consistency, and kindness. Our policies and house guidelines are designed to protect:
- the safety of our kittens
- the comfort of our students
- the integrity of our home
- the emotional wellbeing of every living being involved
These guidelines are warm, respectful, and easy to follow — created not as rules for rules’ sake, but as a shared agreement that allows our Academy to remain a sanctuary of calm learning.
1. Commitment to Gentle Learning
Students agree to:
- Move slowly and mindfully in all kitten spaces
- Handle kittens using only the Day Spring Method
- Speak softly and maintain a calm presence
- Follow daily rhythms and assigned exercises
- Ask questions openly and respectfully
The emotional wellbeing of the kittens depends on our collective gentleness.
2. Health & Safety Responsibility
Students agree to:
- Wash and sanitize hands before entering nursery areas
- Attend training only when well and fever-free
- Notify Greta immediately of any health concerns
- Wear provided protective gear when required
- Follow all sanitation and safety protocols
These practices protect both kittens and students.
3. Respect for the Home & Property
Because the Academy is held in a private, licensed home cattery, students agree to:
- Stay only in designated learning areas
- Respect all personal and private spaces
- Remove outside shoes when entering our home or wear shoe covers
- Keep food and drink away from nursery and training zones
- Treat all equipment and supplies with care
Our home becomes your classroom — we ask that it be treated with love.
4. Confidentiality & Integrity
Students agree to:
- Respect the privacy of the home and the family
- Use the Day Spring Method ethically
- Avoid sharing private conversations, materials, or internal training content without permission
- Represent their future cattery with honesty and integrity
Your training is sacred — and so are the people and animals involved.
5. Photography & Media
Students may take photos and videos only during approved times and agree that:
- Photos are for personal or business use (no resale)
- Any photos used for business should be pre-approved by Greta
- Greta may request that certain images not be shared publicly
- All newborn and fragile kitten photos must respect confidentiality guidelines
Protection of kittens always comes first.
6. Breeding Package Commitments
Students who choose the Breeding Starter Package agree to:
- Use the Day Spring Method when raising their own litters
- Maintain TICA registration accuracy
- Abide by ethical breeding practices taught by the Academy
- List kittens on the Day Spring website only when meeting temperament and health standards
- Never crossbreed Day Spring lines with other breeds
- Contact Greta before rehoming a breeder cat
These guidelines ensure emotional integrity and lineage protection.
7. Liability & Participation
Students acknowledge:
- They are participating voluntarily
- They are responsible for their own health and safety
- They will follow all sanitation and handling guidelines
- They will sign a formal liability and enrollment agreement upon acceptance
This protects students, kittens, and the Academy.
8. Enrollment & Payment Agreement
By enrolling, students agree to:
- Pay the non-refundable deposit
- Complete tuition payments on the established schedule
- Respect class dates and attendance commitments
- Communicate promptly about any schedule changes
We honor transparency and stability for both sides.
9. A Spirit of Kindness
Most importantly, students agree to carry:
